Using TS Queens

Accounts and participation
TS Queens is for adults aged 18 and older. Use accurate registration information, verify your email and keep your login details secure. Follow the Community Guidelines and respect other members’ choices.
Your content
You are responsible for the posts, messages, photos, videos, listings and other material you submit. Share only material you have the right and permission to share. The service needs to store and display your content to deliver the features you choose.
The final content-license wording, removal process and complaint procedures remain subject to review. This draft does not transfer ownership of your content to TS Queens.
Memberships
The current plan prices are Free, Premium at $5 per month and Creator at $15 per month. Creator includes Premium. The checkout screen must show the currency, amount, billing frequency and applicable taxes before a member pays.
Membership checkout is currently in sandbox testing. Live billing, cancellation disclosures, renewal notices and the membership refund policy must be finalized before real charges begin.
Private creator sessions
Eligible, approved creators set their available session prices. The member requests a session; the creator accepts; then the member pays before joining.
The agreed platform commission is 10% of the session price, with Stripe processing fees deducted from the creator’s share. Cancellation before a session starts uses the current full-refund flow. A started session requires refund review.
Creator approval, Stripe setup, verification, payout eligibility and separate Creator Terms are required. Live payments and payouts are not enabled by publishing this page.
Marketplace and employer advertisements
Sellers must accurately describe their offers. Classified listings expire after 60 days and need renewal for another display period.
Employer applications are submitted for administrator review. Submission does not publish a job, collect payment or independently verify an employer’s inclusive declaration. Advertising prices and publication conditions will be agreed separately until the full advertising service is ready.
Final seller responsibilities, transaction terms and dispute processes remain to be reviewed before launch.
Moderation and access
TS Queens can review reports, restrict content and suspend accounts for safety or rule violations. The final terms must define notice, review and appeal processes, along with account closure and handling of active payments.
Items to finalize before launch
The legal operator and contact details; governing law and applicable consumer protections; billing, cancellation and refund terms; Creator Terms; marketplace responsibilities; content permissions; complaint and appeal processes; and the effective date and method for notifying members of changes.
These draft terms require legal and business review. They are not presented as an agreement accepted through the current signup form.
