Your privacy on TS Queens
A plain-language draft describing the platform’s current data practices.
Information used to run your account
TS Queens stores your account email, display name, password hash, verification status and membership information. Passwords are hashed rather than stored as readable text.
Optional profile information includes your photo, cover photo, bio, nickname, interests, city, hometown, work, education and relationship status. Birthday sharing uses a month and day.
We also store your connections, posts, uploaded media, comments, likes, messages, bookmarks, requests, privacy preferences and reports. Employer applications include the organization, contact information and job details submitted for review.
Who can see your information
Your home feed shows your own posts and posts from your connections. Other views and direct post links follow the applicable profile and group access rules; the feed filter is not a promise that every post is visible only to connections.
Settings lets you limit profile discovery, post-photo visibility, your connections list and message requests. Profile and cover photos follow profile visibility. A linked partner is displayed only after confirmation and while the connection remains accepted.
Private messages are stored by TS Queens and restricted to authorized conversation participants through the app. They are not end-to-end encrypted. Do not assume that TS Queens or its infrastructure providers can never access stored data.
Reports and employer applications are available to authorized staff for review. Financial review is restricted to administrators.
Location and activity
You can choose a city manually. If you choose the nearby-location tool and grant browser permission, your coordinates are used to suggest a nearby city. The saved area uses the selected city rather than your precise device location.
If you enable online status, recent activity is used to show availability to connections. You can turn online status and birthday sharing off in My account.
Providers and payments
Render hosts the website and database. Cloudflare R2 stores uploaded post videos and encrypted offsite backups. Google Gmail is used to send account verification and password-reset emails. Daily provides live audio and video and receives your display name and call identifiers when you join.
Call recording is disabled in the TS Queens Daily configuration. Other participants may still capture a call using their own tools.
Stripe handles checkout and creator payment-account setup. TS Queens stores payment identifiers and membership or session status. The TS Queens payment flow is currently in sandbox testing.
Cookies and technical records
Cookies keep you signed in and remember your language preference. Security controls use hashed identifiers to limit repeated requests. Hosting and service providers may retain technical logs such as network addresses, request times and errors.
Browser language suggests one of TS Queens’ supported languages. Your choice can override that suggestion.
Deletion and retention
Deleting a post removes it from normal views. Reported material may be retained for moderation. Offsite backup copies are encrypted and kept for seven days before scheduled removal.
Those backup periods do not define the retention period for every record in the live database. Final retention periods for accounts, messages, reports, employer applications and financial records, together with the account-deletion and data-request process, must be confirmed before launch.
Contact support
Our support address will be info@tsqueens.com. The mailbox is being connected; email support is not available yet. For a problem with a member or post, use Report so it reaches the moderation queue.
Do not share passwords, verification codes, payment card details or private video recordings in a report.
Items to finalize before launch
The legal operator’s name and address; the privacy contact; the purposes and legal bases applicable to each use of data; retention periods; international processing and safeguards; and the process for access, correction, deletion and other applicable privacy rights.
This draft needs review for the countries TS Queens serves before it becomes the final privacy notice.
